Tanyss Knowles (TWS 2009): New TWS News Editor

I’d like to announce that Tanyss Knowles (TWS 2009) is taking over as the editor of the TWS News site, starting today.Tanyss is part of the Creative Non-fiction section of the current Writers’ Studio where she has been working on a multi-genre memoir about growing up over-seas. Please join me in welcoming her to the online home of TWS!

I’d also like to thank everyone who helped make my tenure as editor such an enjoyable experience: Betsy Warland for giving me this wonderful opportunity, Kirsten Masse for her guidance while getting my bearings, and Rachel Thompson for advice and encouragement throughout.

Lastly, thank you to everyone who sent in news–your continued achievements and participation in the literary community are a constant source of inspiration.

In terms of sending in your alumni announcements, calls for submissions, literary events and other opportunities for the TWS community, nothing changes.
